Television News Vs Internet News

Television is another medium of breaking news and current affairs in any country or region; more often news is delivered live and in real time. However, the internet can also bring such advantages to viewers and news readers. In addition to full articles on popular news, there are websites that allow viewers to watch news as they can find on TV.

Is there an advantage to having one over the other?
Does TV offer something the Internet can’t provide?
Which will you choose Internet News or TV News?

Let’s try to get into two aspects that both news media can offer…

TV Credibility  – all news delivered by television is reported by real journalists working for the network. Everything is taken from the true story of the person or situation that is the subject of the report. Thus, the report is credible as well as the reporter and his subject. Therefore, when you watch TV reports, you can be sure that the contents are correct.

Internet Credibility  – blogging makes bloggers another type of journalist who brings different types of news written in such a way as to reflect the opinions of those who have witnessed the situation on the first account or to reflect the way they speak. Although, there are real paid journalist writers but they are very few to write a small percentage in Internet journalism. As such, you won’t be surprised to read some stories that simply can’t pass the standards of true journalism.

TV News  – Most of the news broadcasts on TV are new or have just happened. Television networks are very observant with current events in society or the country. They even have contacts within the police station to be able to dig up the records of the people who are the subject of their news. This is just a good indication that TV news is new and delivered just moments from when it happened.

Internet News  – Although there are millions of bloggers around the world, they keep an eye on the latest and greatest news happening around the world. More often than not, bloggers also get their stories from TV or newspapers; You can call this kind of news secondhand because it has been conveyed in other media. Most  news forums are  built from news networks; TV networks build their own websites to deliver new news to online readers.

Why should we consider these two aspects when reading the news?

First, credibility is important because everyone does not want to read news that may not be true or false are some aspects. News readers read the news because they want to know what really happened, how it happened or when it happened. So why not make sure you’re reading true and credible news?

Second, new news sells better than old news. Most people prefer to read the latest news than it did last year. The point is, you want to know what happened today rather than what already happened, right?

There are certain advantages and disadvantages in any medium. However, it is still up to you to choose which one will work better. Most people subscribe to online news forums and communities while also subscribing to newspapers and magazines. If you want to subscribe to receive the latest news or have it sent to your email, you can subscribe to this news community.
